Wy we must pay again for your errors??? Why Nokia does not want to upgrade firmware for next devices? Like: C6-00, X6 and may be 5800 and N97??? For Symbian^3 ready many cool games and Symbian^3 look like completed Symbian^1 that installed on C6-00 and X6. It's solved two problems with many bugs in previous firmwares Symain^1 and also give second live for not too old phones like C6-00 and X6 - also many programs that writed for Symbian^3 be available for this devices. If you say how support multi-tuch on this devices??? (multi-tuch on single-tuch resistive screen devices) (realy multi-tuch on 5800 and aslo on but wy we can get update firmware???) nokia we want good working devices and not cheat!!!

I have: Software version: v 11.0.029 Type: RM-612 I tried to update the 20.0.042 version by two ways - by software updated app on mu phone and through ovi program installed in my computer, but both ways do not work. If I try to update through the phone the update procedure starts and the phone restarts and appear window with progress line of the update, but before any part of the line to be filled (indicating the update progress) the phone resrarts again and when load appear message that the update is not compatible with my phone. This update is found automatically by my phone software update app and ovi program. When I try to update using ovi program on the final step of the procedure appear error message that the usb connection to my phone has been lost and I have to restart the procedure. I tried both procedures several times, even after full hard reset, but still it does not work.
